Australia Under Stars - EZY Camping Gear Hire Esperance

These Terms and Conditions apply to all equipment hired from Australia Under Stars, trading as EZY Camping Gear Hire Esperance. By completing a booking and accepting these terms, the Customer agrees to the following:

1. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the hire equipment. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

2. Security Bond
A refundable security bond is payable at the time of equipment pickup. The bond amount is based on the value of the equipment being hired and is shown with each hire item or package.

The bond is separate from the hire payment.

The bond will be refunded within 48 hours after the equipment is returned on time, clean, dry and in good condition.

Deductions may be made for loss, missing items, damage or late return. If repair, replacement or other applicable costs exceed the bond amount, the Customer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

3. Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used safely, responsibly and for its intended purpose. The Customer is responsible for the equipment for the full hire period and is liable for any loss or damage that occurs while the equipment is in their possession.

Equipment must not be modified or altered.

4. Return of Equipment
All equipment must be returned clean, dry and in good condition by the agreed return date and time.

5. Late Returns
Late returns may be charged at the applicable daily hire rate plus any additional costs incurred.

6. Liability and Risk
Camping and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The Customer accepts responsibility for their own safety, personal belongings and appropriate use of the hired equipment.

Australia Under Stars is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

7. Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the hire start date: full refund, less a $20 administration fee.

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the hire start date: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the hire start date: no refund.

8. Agreement
By completing the booking and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to them.
